Who I am
This is the personal website of Jon Kingsley ("I", "me", or "my"), at kings.ly.
What I collect
I collect only what I need:
- Contact enquiries. If you email me, I receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
- Basic server logs. My hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). I do not use this for tracking.
I do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party pixels on this site, and I do not use cookies beyond what is technically required to serve the page.
How I use it
I use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry. I will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes, and I will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Data retention
I retain email correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data I hold about you. To exercise any of these, contact me at jon@kings.ly.
Third-party services
This site is served via Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may process request data in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may log font requests per their privacy FAQ.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.
